Graduate Programs

IUPUI offers over 250 graduate degrees to students interested in pursuing a Ph.D., a professional degree, a master's degree, or a graduate certificate. Several of these degrees are not offered by any other public institution in the state.

IUPUI confers both Indiana University and Purdue University graduate degrees.

For a few degrees, it may be necessary for students to take one or more classes in Bloomington or West Lafayette, so check with your advisor or department chair about the degree requirements of your program.

  • Accelerated Degrees

Accelerated Bachelors/Masters Programs are defined as those programs in which academically qualified students earn both a bachelor’s degree AND a master’s degree in a shorter timeframe (usually 5 years) than if pursued independent of each other.  A set number of credits apply to both undergraduate and graduate requirements.
